ITEM: Vintage Original Rare 1980′s EAGLE STAR TEAM Unidentified Brand? Wooden Shield and Eagle Crest Neon Colors and Flames Themed Image Skateboard Deck. ONE SKATEBOARD DECK ONLY. Brand: StarteamEagle Unknown Brand? Size: 10 by 30 inches. Style: Vintage 1980′s. DESCRIPTION : Vintage Rare Original 1980′s unknown brand very colorful skateboard deck it says “Eagle” and something else after that and “Star Team” near the tail with an Eagle Shield image and flames themed art. My guess would be a company like Nash, Variflex, Action Sports or something similar to those but none of the big names… More of a cheaper version type of board from the 80′s is my impression. The graphic is pretty cool and displays nicely as art or a wall hanger and is very neon and colorful very 1980′s feel and look to it for sure. Seems pretty rare I couldn’t find any out there so very little is known about this board. Great find especially if you had this board, color or style back in the day! This would make a great wall hanger/display piece, nostalgia, hang in bar or restaurant, resell in your shop, for restoration or building a complete, investment, wonderful gift, or for personal use of course! 10″ by 30″ inches. Fair(+) overall pre-owned condition with some notable flaws. There are some notable chips to the nose and tail area. Natural splitting/cracks to the wood in some spots. Has surface marks, scratches/scuffs, wear, fading or color loss, flaking/chipping to the paint, pen/marker writing near the tail area, stickers or sticker residue, holes from the rails and skid plate which have been removed, some delaming in areas, and other general wear and imperfections from age and prior use. ABOUT ME: When I was young I was a big time collector and enjoyed collecting baseball cards, comic books, video games, etc. My father was a bottle and rock collector and later in his life he enjoyed reselling antiques as well. My great grandfather had a Museum in New Hampshire and was also a big time collector in his day, so in short this is in my DNA.
