Up for grabs is a rare, absolute holy grail of 1960s sidewalk surfing history: a 100% complete, original, and fully working Nash “Sidewalk Surfboard” solid wood skateboard. Long before modern composite decks, grip tape, and polyurethane wheels took over the scene, Nash was pioneering the pavement carving movement straight out of Fort Worth, Texas! Unlike most boards from this era that have been stripped for parts, this beautiful survivor features its original factory metal trucks and roller wheels intact and spinning smoothly. The thick, solid wood deck showcases the iconic, beautifully preserved black stenciled footprint graphics on the top face to guide your stance, along with the crisp Nash manufacturing logo text near the tail. The wood has aged into a gorgeous, warm golden oak patina that looks spectacular. Whether you want to add an authentic piece to a museum-grade vintage skate collection, display it proudly in a beach house, or carefully cruise the local boardwalk, this board is ready to roll! Condition Note: This is a pre-owned, 100% complete vintage skateboard from the 1960s. It is in wonderful condition for its age! The wooden deck remains structurally rock-solid with no major splits, cracks, or warping. The original metal trucks show natural vintage surface oxidation/patina, but are sturdy, and all wheels roll freely. There is normal, authentic vintage wear including scattered surface scuffs, small edge dings, and light wood grain character from past sidewalk adventures.
