Vintage BBC Jeff Phillips”devilman”skateboard deck SIGNED! PHILLIPS & DAN WILKES. 1989 promo BBC deck! Hand signed by both JEFF PHILLIPS & DAN WILKES texas stars! Deck never set up but deos have storage damage and scrapes. This is basically one of those decks you just dont see often. Any questions ill do my best.
