This is a Pair of Gull Wing Vintage Phoenix Skateboard Trucks. Early Pat Pend HPG IV. A fairly scarce old school item. From a local estate. I did not get them. Cosmetics-Good overall with some general pitting and dirt residue. The bolts have some rust in places. They were in storage for decades. The metal around the holes are pretty solid.
