Vintage Longboards

I bought this Tony Alva skateboard in 1977, when I was age 14, along with these Tracker Trucks at the same store the same day. The One Eighty skid pad came later as the original wore down. This board experienced 10 years of riding in the long-gone hot spots in Santa Monica then Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara is home to Powell Peralta where that Bones sticker on the bottom came from. I retired this board in 1987 and started riding generics. This board went into my garage in Santa Barbara for decades where it stayed until now because my wife wants to downsize. Otherwise I would keep it forever :This skate deck, known as the “Alva Flame”, became quintessential to the 70s skateboarding scene.
