1983 TONY HAWK POWELL PERALTA 100% ORIGINAL VINTAGE SKATEBOARD – MID SIZE 28.5×9 1/4. Ready for hanging and display in a new home! Im now in my late 40s and its time to clean out my closet!! TWO of my 100% AUTHENTIC Tony Hawk skateboards are up for grabs!! Born and raised entirely in Southern California. Skateboarding, Atari, Intellivision and BMX riding was all I did growing up. I STILL have my original PIPELINE skateboarding ID, which was a skatepark located in Upland, California in 1980s that Tony Hawk would often visit. In Good+ condition, I preferred this 2 smaller size, than its counterpart and it shows. I rode this board a lot, as it was smaller and more easy for street/neighborhood riding. Thankfully growing up, I rode and trashed multiple Caballeros, Hosoi and Vision Jinx boards more often!! I/We ALL knew Tony Hawk was becoming something special, so I didnt want to ruin nor ride his early decks as years progressed.. Those boards simply became one of my many wall displays. Anyways, the clear grip tape on front of this board has darkened and has started to wrinkle and peel off in multiple places. This board has an Independent, Rusty, Powell Peralta Rat-bones and mini birdhouse stickers on front (all under grip tape). The original, front Powell Peralta logo/graphic is golden yellow. The front of this board would clean up nicely if properly cleaned/regripped!! Board does have multiple dings, scrapes and many rail slide grinds along underside birdhouse graphic but its still an easily and fully recognizable Tony Hawk 1983 original deck!
