Vintage / NEW OLD STOCK. Model: Per Welinder – Nordic Sperm. Double Kicktail Style Skateboard Deck. New old stock, genuine deck originally manufactured in 1990. This one is still sealed in original factory shrink wrap. The skateboard deck is a Natural Stain call a variation. Unlike a lot of others this one really displays beautifully with the natural stain background. Not only has this deck become extremely scarce and hard to find on the Internet but has finally received the credit it is due. 10 to 15 years ago this might have been somewhat a common deck but that has been many years ago. Up for Sale is a vintage new old stock 1990 Powell Peralta Skateboard. This deck is the real deal and not any type of re-release. This deck was a Per Welinder signature deck and the graphics are known as Nordic Sperm. The board is new old stock with the original factory shrinkwrap! This deck is in near perfect condition, other than a few tears in the shrinkwrap it is in mint condition! This really is an historic skateboard deck model, mainly because of its size and shape. Per was of course originally a freestyle skateboarder….. The shape of this 1990 deck shows just how much freestyle turned into the modern day skateboarding. When he was using this deck in 1990 he was not freestyle skateboarding anymore and brought the skateboard he is comfortable with to the street. He took the shape of a freestyle board give it a little more width and gave the nose and tail near equal size concave. The concave on the stack is really what sets it apartfor a 1990 Skateboard, it was very ahead of its time. This vintage skateboard is in new / never used condition. The board is still factory sealed in shrink wrap. The only imperfections there are to mention is the chair in the shrinkwrap on the top side of the tail and a few minor tears in the shrinkwrap on the bottom side nose. You can see both of those imperfections in the last 3 pictures. The deck is perfectly straight and not warped. Looks like a really fun deck to setup and and play around… I have properly store this skateboard in a temperature controlled environment for 20+ years. It was in a safe spot and had not moved our smoke free environment looks/displays like it just came off the shelf. I had this deck stored inside of a another bag to prevent any damage or dust.
