The H-Street Ron Allen Skateboard Deck Vintage’80s Rookie Mini is a collectible piece of skateboarding history. OG Powell Mike Vallely rare VINTAGE elephant. Circa 1988 original Vallely deck that is used. Its been drilled for rails more than once. It has scratches and is well worn. Repeat, it is worn and well used but very presentable. These are hard to come by. The Tail has lots of wear which is typical of skated decks. The term is razored. So the deck has a razored tail, meaning as one stopped by leaning on your back foot the deck got scratched to the point that the sidewalk or pavement rubbed off paint and wood in that area. Often at an angle as can be seen here visibly. An NOS would be 10x this number. Please know what you are looking at and let your eyes and your knowledge of vintage skateboards help you make your own decision about condition. Wood straight, no warp, or delam, a couple of chips see last 3 pics. 2 holes for skid plate. 8 holes each side, guess it had two different sets of handrails at one point. Grip and stickers original, period correct. Screen print nice, colors bright. May be a little dry, not peeling though. Was hung in the living room for years. May not come to market again! Wood straight/A small twist at the nose. Tail & the rest of the deck straight. Drill Holes, for nose/handrails/skid plate- Some T-Bolt Remain (See Pics). Kinda peeling, see pics. No delam/Ply’s holding together good. Super Early USA Construction! Please see pictures for best description of condition. Beautiful black dip displays nice. Some age, and storage marks. Screen print is nice. Top peeling, Bottom not peeling. But should be handled w/care. I keep inside the that plastic bag in the house. Has been skated and shows signs of wear/age (nothing real bad). Nose and tail really nice, no skidding. Looks to have had tail plate. Paint has some aging. Looks like “Black Dip” loosing a little integrity from age. Edges really nice and smooth. A little “darker” color from age. Hard to find one! Might not see another!
