Powell Peralta Per Welinder OG Nordic Skull Freestyle Reissue 7.25. LONG 4 – 2.5 OLD SCHOOL TRUCK HOLE PATTERN. The Per Welinder Viking Skull was illustrated by V. The fanged fantasy graphic was meant to reflect Per’s Swedish origins. It was initially assigned to his freestyle model without the rock texture background, which was added in an updated version in 1986. In 1987 the new full-length graphic was adapted for a street model as Per began performing freestyle / street demos. The eighth century Runic stone lettering spells out Per’s name as well as the background quote, Search and strive, push beyond with strength, yours not theirs, that is the key. POWELL PERALTA PER WELINDER NORDIC SKULL STREETSTYLE SKATEBOARD OG 1987 VINTAGE. This is NOT a re-issued deck. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 1980s RELEASE OF POWELL PERALTA PER WELINDER STREETSTYLE SKATEBOARD DECK in BONEITE XT(Extra Tough)!! There are also Powell Peraltas Rib-bones rails attached to this deck. It is a used deck, so there are a few scratches and some wear on it. Mostly in the middle area, boardslide marks, and the tail, drop-in marks. The tail has holes in it, where a tail plate was attached, but it appear to have been used without it, due to the worn down tail from skidding/dragging. There is a small ding to the nose(front) edge of the board. I have posted pictures of all the damage. Overall its in good condition and wasnt used too much, as you can still view the majority of the Nordic Skull graphic! The Boneite XT boards didnt last long with extensive use. I know because my first board was a Lance Mountain in Boneite XT. 7ply is better for riding! This deck is in excellent condition NO WARP, was set up with at one time. Had red powell rib bone rails and red tracker ultralite trucks (for sale in my other auctions) The rail holes only screw into the bottom so they are not drilled holes. Powell tail guard holes are drilled. Rare Metallic silver dip that looks very cool in the light. I did my best to capture the true color with the outside shots.
